1.Machine bed adopt resin sand casting and aging treatment. Precision grinding after supersonic frequency quenching for guideway to keep good machining accuracy, with full cover protection sheet metal and sliding door to ensure the safety of operators.

2.Using independent spindle unit and imported grease lubrication to make maintenance easier

3.Spindle and shift gear separation, with low temperature and small thermal deformation

4.Spindle variable frequency drive or servo drive, can realize constant linear speed cutting

5.Separated reduction gearbox 3 gears variable frequency speed

6.Centralized automatic lubrication can extend the service life time of guideway and ball screw and improve machining accuracy

7.Equip 4 stations electric turret as standard, it can automatically finish turning of internal and external cylinder, cone surface, facing and threading, etc. to meet many varieties and mass production process. It has showed great advantages especially on complex and high precision parts machining jobs.
